  5. the Services tab then selects Hide all Microsoft services.

  7. Unhide all the services and ensure Windows Installer Service is checked.
  8. Restart the Windows.
  9. Install QuickBooks Once installed, follow 1 to 4 again. Select Normal StartUp.
  10. Restart the windows again.
  • Repair or Reinstall Microsoft .NET framework manually-

  1. Open Control Panel.
  2. Select Uninstall a program.
  3. Select Turn Windows features On or Off.
  4. Verify that .NET Framework 4.5 is enabled. If it is, then firstly disable .NET Framework 4.5, Restart your computer and then enable again.
  5. Verify that .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 is enabled. If it is, then firstly disable .NET Framework 3.5 SP1, restart your computer and then enable again.
  6. Now Install QuickBooks Desktop
